Running Away From Prostate Cancer-My Personal Story

If you check out my profile, you'll see that I'm a cancer survivor. In a series of articles, I have been writing about my experiences with prostate cancer. You can view these articles by checking out E-zine, an online publisher. Let me know what you think. I'm only on Part 4, but I figure it's going to take about 10 to 15 parts to complete it. I mix in a number of running things into the articles because running is one of my most important coping mechanisms.
By the way, the title is not meant to imply that I or anyone else should not face their problems by running away. What I mean is when you run a race, if you "run away" from your competition, you win. I've been trying to keep ahead of the competition, "cancer" since 2007.

    This might be a dumb question, but what's E-zine and how do you find your articles on the E-zine site? My dad is also a prostate cancer survivor. He's been cancer free for a year and a half, and is back to an active lifestyle. I'd be interested in reading your story too. :)

    That's not a dumb question at all. I should have put a link or at least the website address on the post. Below is the site address. Once there, you can use the search option in the left side of the main web page to look for articles, for instance under the topic of Cancer, Prostate or under the article title "Running Away from Prostate Cancer.

    Glad to know your father is doing well after his treatment. What option did if go with?

    My dad went with the radical prostatectomy option, though not the robotic type.
